Circling the Wagons, Bills & Bands Concert Series Hits DBGB Beginning This Sunday

While the Buffalo Bills wish they could hit reset on the 2012 season, we’re able to do just that with our Bills & Bands concert series supporting the Family Justice Center of Erie County, as we’ve circled the wagons on the series with a move to Duke’s Bohemian Grove Bar aka DBGB.

Beginning this Sunday, October 14^th, and running for the remainder of the season, we’re presenting a diverse lineup of local bands immediately after the end of every Bills game at DBGB (253 Allen St, no cover, all ages). While DBGB offers a 100-inch HD screen and a Bills special of half-off wings, beef on weck, pizzas and more, we’re holding a weekly raffle benefiting Family Justice Center, whose mission is to develop and sustain a collaboration which delivers services that enable people to live safely, free from domestic violence, and that advocates offender accountability. It is a sad fact that domestic abuse cases rise on days of “big games,” and we seek to raise funds and awareness in order to help FJC reduce this abuse.

Pretty simple – come for the Bills, stay for the band…and, well, if you’ve kicked the Bills to the curb, at least come for the band. And stay tuned here for a weekly article about FJC.
